Make Connections That Matter: Volunteer as our Sponsorship Coordinator
Are you a natural communicator looking to make a tangible difference in just a few hours a week? We are seeking a proactive volunteer Sponsorship & Donations Coordinator to join our friendly fundraising team. In this vital role, you will be the bridge between our organization and the business community, reaching out to potential partners to secure digital advertising and sourcing exciting prizes for our seasonal draws. Your efforts will directly secure the funding and support necessary for us to thrive.
This flexible, remote role (requiring just 1–2 hours weekly) is perfect for a self-starter who enjoys building relationships and staying organized. If you have a professional phone manner, are comfortable with email outreach, and can manage a simple database of contacts, we would love to hear from you. It’s a fantastic opportunity to use your networking skills for good and see the immediate impact of your work on our success.
Website support
Use your tech skills for good—in just 5 hours a term!
Are you looking for a low-commitment way to give back to our community? We are seeking a Website Support Volunteer to help keep the PA and BCAS websites running smoothly. Working alongside our Tech Lead, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring our digital platforms remain vibrant, updated, and functional. Whether you’re a pro looking to share your expertise or a tech-savvy enthusiast wanting to build your portfolio, your help will make a huge difference in how we stay connected.
Flexibility meets impact. This role is designed to fit around your busy schedule, requiring only about five hours of your time per school term. You’ll assist with simple content updates and minor backend technical changes, ensuring our community has the information they need at their fingertips. If you have a basic understanding of website management and a few hours to spare each term, we would love to have you join our Tech & Marketing team!
